You can also purchase them as hanging favor tags with a hole punched in the upper left hand corner so that the accompanying 12" or 24" strip of 1/8" wide satin ribbon can be threaded through it to make a lovely decorative hanging favor tag for bottles, favors, and numerous other gift items.
