Payment Options for Orders
Orders
made through our secure website can be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard,
and American Express) through our online order processing. We are unable to accept payment by money orders, personal checks or Paypal.
Refund
Policy & Returns
All personalized item sales are final and are
not refundable. If we made a typographical error on your order, please contact us so that we may resolve the problem.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the products less a 10% restocking fee and less the shipping charges for your order.
Shipping
Address Corrections After Order Has Been Shipped
If
a customer has entered an incorrect address or zip code as the shipping address
for their order, and Elegant Labels is assessed an address correction charge
by the shipping company, Elegant Labels will charge the address correction fee to the customer.
The standard address correction fee for UPS packages is $5.00.

Website Ordering
Credit card safety is a high priority at Elegant Labels. Online ordering using
our shopping cart system on our website is safe because it resides on a secure
server. The secure server encrypts all of your personal information that you input
in our online order forms.
Order
Damages (from Shipping)
We
make every effort to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and
well protected in transit. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during
shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit. We
strongly recommend that you always inspect your packages before accepting them
when delivered from the shipping company.
International
Orders / Orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaksa, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO
ORDERS BEING SHIPPED TO CANADA: Orders shipped to Canada are shipped by UPS Standard. All orders must be paid in advance in U.S. funds by credit card before your order is shipped. Orders shipped to Canada may have import duties, taxes or customs broker fees that are due on your order when you receive it. We are not able to let you know in advance what these fees will be because these costs are unknown to us. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before ordering.
ORDERS BEING SHIPPED to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO Addresses: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses, are shipped by Priority Mail. All orders must be paid in advance in U.S. funds by credit card before your order is shipped.
ORDERS BEING SHIPPED OVERSEAS: We are not shipping overseas at this time.
